Employee education in a company

The thesis will focus on history and description of human resources, employee education and system of employee education. Furthermore the thesis will analyze different forms and methods of learning that are used for employee education. The thesis aims to describe employee education in a company. Based on the analysis of the current educational system in the company, changes that could help the company improve its education system will be proposed.

Coaching in the area of companies

This thesis describes learning and development of employees, defines the method of coaching, describes its necessary components - asking questions, goal setting, reality, options, choice of one possibility, action plan, feedback. This thesis refers to relevant informations from technical bibliography. Thesis shows differences between coaching and other methods: mentoring, therapy and counselling. This work describes several approaches in coaching, for example coaching which cames from sport environment or coaching which is inspired by psychological approaches. Thesis allso describes two approaches, compares its consistent parts and utilization in the area of companies. Further education and professional development of members of the Police of the Czech Republic

This diploma thesis focuses on problematic of further professional education and development of Czech Republic police officers. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with lifelong education, professional development and further education. In this part of this thesis basic terms and definitions are defined. Furthermore, in the theoretical part the diploma thesis analyzes competency profile and professional requirements for police officers of Czech Republic. Next part of the thesis analyzes educational institution of Czech Republic Police and also Conception of lifelong education of Czech Republic police officers. Marginally the theoretical part also discusses lifelong education of The County Police Headquarters of Prague. Lastly the theoretical part focuses on comparison of police officers in different countries around the globe. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on motivation and effectiveness of further professional education of Czech Republic police officers. In this part hypotheses are formulated. These hypotheses are either proven true or false by evaluation of questionnaire survey. Issues of further professional eduzation of employees of the Prison service of the Czech Republic

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of further professional education of professional employees working in the Prison Service of the Czech Republic (VS ČR) and the possibilities of its development. The aim of the diploma thesis is to conceptualize and characterize further vocational education, with emphasis on the analysis and identification of educational needs and motivation of professionals to continue their education. Furthermore, to carry out research aimed at monitoring the use of methods and forms of education and development of employees. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis deals with the definition and relationship of basic concepts in the field of further education, systematic education, analysis of educational needs, organizational structure of VS ČR, description of selected aspects of further vocational education in the context of lifelong learning. Attention is paid to the system of education, structure and identification of educational needs in the field of public administration in the Czech Republic. Furthermore, a description of the model of the concept of management of further education of VS ČR employees is implemented. Systems of education and development of employees in a selected company.

My master thesis is going to focus on the analysis and subsequent proposal of changes for an education system, and the development of employees in that organisation. The first part of the thesis will focus on the study of domestic and foreign literature. When carrying out a literature search, basic concepts of education and development of the employees were defined. The second part of my thesis will focus on the analysis and proposal of changes of an education system in the selected company. After I have analyse the information I will list a proposal of changes to its education and development department within the company.

Human Resources Management, Development and Education in an Organization

This thesis is focused on Human Resource Management, education and development of employees in the company. The goal of the bachelor thesis is specification of requirements for Human Resources Management in connection with the knowledge economy in the chosen company, with particular focus on their development and education. In the practical part, the questionnaire survey ascertains the employees attitudes towards education in the company and how education influences their personal development. The next step was to find out what form of education employees prefer, whether form of on-the-job training or off-the-job training. At the end of the thesis, the results are compared to the knowledge economy, including suggestions of appropriate changes.

This bachelor thesis is an analysis of educational system of employees in OVB Allfinanz, a.s. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of thesis is focused on the educational system as follow up to the present trends. In practical part of thesis, there is described the characteristics of the company and contains a summary description of the entire educational system in the company. Then analysis of this system is performed. The system is analyzed by the questionnaires. The objective of this thesis is to understand the existing system and to propose effective measures to improve the actual status.
